1. Notifications of Out-of-Stock and Failed Deliveries

Please ensure you promptly check your email and phone messages. If a product is out of stock or delivery fails, we will notify you via email or phone call (Phone Number: +86). Failed deliveries will be kept at the local post office for 7 days. You must collect your package within this period, otherwise the package may be disposed of by the post office. Packages will be marked as abandoned if you do not respond to pickup notification emails and calls within 7 days.

2. Non-Receipt of Packages

If you do not receive your package within 20 business days after placing your order, please email us at help@everyallure.com with your full name and order number. We will look into the issue and offer assistance promptly.

3. International Orders and Taxes

Please note that taxes and duties may be charged on international orders.

If you refuse to pay these fees, the customs authority of the destination country may dispose of the package.

everyallure will not take responsibility for packages destroyed due to unpaid taxes and duties, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.

4. Special Return policy for current sale

The discount will be divided evenly among all items in your order. Should you return any promotional items, the allocated discount amount will be deducted from your total refund.

5. Warehouse Locations and Returns

We have two warehouses globally located in China and the United States. You may choose the most suitable warehouse to return your items.

Returns & Exchanges

At everyallure, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We value your feedback and always aim to meet your expectations. We hope you love your purchase! If you are unsatisfied with your received items for any reason, please contact us within 30 days upon delivery to submit a return or exchange request.

1. Returns & Exchanges Guidelines

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days after order delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains and foreign scents.

• All original tags including everyallure hang tags must still be attached to items.

• Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns.

• Footwear must be returned in its original shoebox with no shipping labels attached.

• For hygiene purposes, the following items cannot be returned: intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings and beauty products including self-tanners.

 • Original shipping fees paid at checkout will not be refunded. Non-compliant returned goods will be sent back to customers at their own cost.

2. Return/Exchange Process

If a return is requested by the customer, the customer shall bear the return shipping fee, which varies based on the chosen courier.

We will cover return shipping fees if items are received damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.

NOTE: Do not send returned items to the address shown on the waybill, as this is the courier warehouse address instead of our official return address.

We do not accept returns sent without prior notice.

Step 1: Please email our staff at help@everyallure.com to obtain return approval and official return address.

Step 2: Once we receive your return or exchange request, we will send you detailed return instructions by email. Please follow the instructions to complete the process.

 Step 3: For Refund

• We will process your refund once we receive and check the returned items.

• Please provide us with your return tracking number after shipping out the parcel.

• For PayPal payments, refunds will show in your account within several business days.

• For credit card payments, refunds will take around 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

3. Order Cancellation

 Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 6 hours after purchase.
